In court cases involving drug testing, many times the court has ruled in favor of the donor due to an improperly completed chain of custody. This "technicality" could be costly to your company.

The kits, chain-of-custody forms and mailing boxes are sent to your clinic(s) or your company free of charge. You are billed for drug tests only after they are finally completed and you have received the test results and all the necessary paperwork.

Drug and Alcohol Testing
DOT requires that a 5 Panel DOT drug screen be performed. Asure Test can set your company up to have tests performed anywhere in the United States by certified collectors. All DOT drug tests include a review of all results by an Medical Review Officer (MRO) as required by federal regulations.
Asure Test also performs DOT Breath Alcohol testing. All of our collectors are certified Breath Alcohol Technicians and testing is performed on DOT approved EBT machines. Breath alcohol testing can also be setup for your company nationwide.
You cannot test non-DOT employees using a DOT program, therefore, some companies elect to set-up a non-DOT program to test other employees. Please contact us to advise you on what your state test requirements are for non-DOT drug and alcohol testing programs.
